Well, ma’am, one thing that’s always disappointed me is our tendency to judge by appearance rather than personality or merit. I’d like for us humans to grow more accepting of each other. If that were different, anything’d be possible, if you ask me.

For now? Staying associated with S.H.I.E.L.D. - Director Fury has my trust. Trying to stop the bombing, on top of returning the Tesseract to the aliens, shows he’s got the people’s interests in mind.

Honestly, I couldn’t believe my eyes. And neither could anyone else in the room. For all the pain that the war brought me, I’ll always be grateful that I got this chance. It’s a burden, but we all have burdens to bear.

Ya know, Cap, Tony's probably yanking your chain with this whole askblog thing. How long do you think it'll be until you start getting anonymous questions that just happen to sound like Stark's signature mocking? I mean, it's not like it's necessarily a bad idea, but this just sounds like one of his little jokes.

Gotta say the food’s given me a few moments of confusion. Seems like every other commercial on my television (there’s another thing, when did they get so big!?) is one for some sort of meat thrown on a frier until its lost all color. Besides beige, anyway.

Not exactly health food, especially when you wanna stay in peak condition. I’d keep away from it.

Hello! My sister loves you SO much. Like, she has action figures of you and stuff. And I got her a Captain America bag for her birthday. And she keeps on showing me the New York footage over and over and over. So, sister of a big fan over here. And I was just wondering what your advice for wannabe costumed crusaders would be.

Action figures? Bags? Wow, that’s very flattering. I think. Guess some things never change.

My advice, son? Avoid it. If you’ve been watching the shots from New York you know that it’s not exactly a safe line of work. Especially for an everyday fellow. I wouldn’t want anyone to get hurt.

Well, if you’re unaware, I was put under in World War II for…erm, quite a nap. The world changed a lot in the last seventy years, like this internet thing. (would’ve come in handy, let me tell you)

This was Stark’s idea. Now, that was enough to make suspicious, but he seems to think interacting with you folks will help me get up to speed. Internet’s got a majority of the youngsters these days, according to him. So he set me up with this, uh, “askblog.” Gotta say, it’s weird how much footage of the fight in New York’s up on here. How’d they even record it? I mean, I suppose there could be…floating cameras?

At any rate, that’s why I’m here. Thank you for your question, Ma’am.
